believe Genelco should play a critical role in every facility’s construction
and/or operation by ensuring the design concept becomes the end product. I
also believe no project can be successful without the complete cooperation
of the entire project team. To deliver the results an owner demands and
needs, my team is willing to pool our experiences to meet an intended objective
on each and every project we undertake.
Our approach begins with meeting key team members and developing a strong relationship with the personnel vital in making a project successful. I feel it’s important that early in a project we foster the trust necessary to become an unquestionable asset to the ongoing strength of your facility. It’s imperative to ensure the project team clearly understands Geneclo’s role in the process.
For a project to be successful, Genelco is a critical element in the construction process. We are an independent third party that works for you and your site. We are not driven by a corporate big brother or a need to cross-sell other services and we are not in competition for design services. This allows us to provide an unbiased evaluation and testing of your facility. Believe it or not, it is not unusual to identify more than 100 discrepancies or issues for any given site!
These flaws in the design or implementation are often overlooked and can result in difficulties for future expansion. Some discrepancies of a more critical nature can even create maintenance issues or pose high levels of risk to the daily operation of a facility. However, most, if not all of these concerns can be resolved and become non-issues after Genelco’s processes have been completed.
Data centers are all about 100% uptime, while still being fully maintainable and expandable. This is Genelco’s only goal because, in my opinion, when the whole team succeeds we all end up benefiting. I also strongly believe Genelco brings to any project the background and unique expertise needed to make it successful.
