As the President of Genelco, John has more than three decades of experience with power control and distribution systems. He studied electrical engineering at Arizona State University, in addition to working 10 years for Russ Electric as a Field Engineer and Service Manager. John also spent three years as the Facilities Engineer of a 150,000 sq ft Data Center for American Express developing operation procedures, setting up maintenance plans and developing training programs for all critical systems.
John continues to serve the growing needs of clients with critical systems throughout the United States. His core values of thoroughness, accuracy and integrity have resulted in Genelco’s growing list of repeat clients. For most projects, John is available serving in a consultant role as a critical systems owner representative, often fulfilling the lead Commissioning Agent role himself, ensuring all mechanical and electrical systems are properly tested and commissioned.
Chad holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Southern Utah University and an MBA with Accounting Emphasis from Universtiy of Phoenix. He passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam in 2007, the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) exam in 2012 and the Certified Corporate Financial Planning and Anaylsis (FP&A) exam in 2016.
For 16 years, Don worked for Gould Recording Systems as a Technical Support Specialist with his primary responsibility being multi-channel data acquisition and signal analysis systems for clients such as Boeing, Lockheed, General Dynamics, nuclear power plants and for use in the medical field. After leaving Gould, Don held a secret security clearance while working for Wyle Laboratories at the NASA/Langley Research Facility in Hampton Roads Virginia.
Upon moving to Phoenix in 1998, Don was a consultant for Allied Signal (Honeywell) before spending three years at Cemex as a Senior Network Analyst. Don brought his talents to Genelco in June 2003 managing the documentation and standards department.

Chris possesses vast knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems utilized in Data Center environments. His knowledge base includes Generators, Switchgears, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Power Distribution Units (PDU), Automatic/Manual Static Transfer Switches, Computer Room A/C, CRAH/CRAC, Fan Coils Units, Chiller Plants, Chiller Towers, Pumps, Programmable Logic Controllers, Fire Suppression Systems and Building Automation and Management Systems.
Brad’s lifetime exposure to Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers, AHUs, CRACs, RTUs, Adiabatic Units and Boilers in the HVAC industry has been a tremendous “value add” to Genelco and our clients. Historically he has served as Service Technician, Field Engineer, Project Manager and Operations Manager. His expertise spans both facility retro-fits and the new construction of Data Centers, hospitals, nuclear power generating stations, office, educational and food processing facilities.
Just prior to employment with Genelco, Brad spent 15 years engineering, installing and servicing Automated Logic, Building Management System products. As a Commissioning Agent for Genelco, Brad certainly possesses the skills and knowledge to satisfy client need of having their Data Center facilities perform to the maximum level of their designed efficiency.
Roger was a key member of the electrical engineering staff for Carlson Associates where he was involved in the design of numerous Data Centers nationwide. He is also trained in the CWA process and in the application of SKM Power Tools software for coordination and arc flash studies. He creates, manages and implements CAD standards for Genelco, in addition to supporting the company’s testing and commissioning technicians.
Roger spends his much of his time involved in field commissioning projects as well as providing engineering solutions and project management for our clients.
During the course of his Education, Shashank got acquainted with a variety of Electrical Domain like Transmission Line Design, Power System Analysis & Protection, Power System Operations & Planning, Stability & Transients in Power Systems, Renewable Electric Energy Systems etc.
Having worked in the Electrical Design Industry, Shashank developed a good understanding of Electrical Design Process for Industrial, Commercial and Residential Constructions. During his tenure as Electrical Design Engineer, Shashank was involved in both Construction Design and Construction Administration. Shashank also performed Engineering Studies, i.e. Short Circuit Analysis, Coordination Studies and Arc Flash Analysis using ETAP, SKM, and EasyPower. Shashank’s technical expertise combined with his problem-solving capability is a great ‘add on’ to Genelco and our clients.
Raghav possesses knowledge and exposure to mechanical systems utilized in Data Center environments. His knowledge base includes Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers, AHUs, MAUs, CRACs, CRAHs, RTUs, VAVs, Adiabatic Units, Fan Coil Units, Leak Detection System, IRCs, Humidifiers, Dry Coolers and Building Automation and Management Systems.
